"In our search to obtain relief from the stresses of life, may we earnestly seek ways to simplify our lives. May we comply with the inspired counsel and direction the Lord has given us in the great plan of happiness. May we be worthy to have the companionship of the Holy Ghost and follow the guidance of the Spirit as we navigate this mortal journey. May we prepare ourselves to accomplish the ultimate purpose of this mortal test- to return and live with our Heavenly Father."

Before we leave...

Before we leave for Idaho I thought I'd post some pictures since it has been a while!
Carly wearing snow gloves. She thought that it was so funny!

She is showing off her Cowboy hat, that she has had since before she was born that she just realized she had, and her Elmo shirt.

This is her new "kiss" face. I don't know where she learned it but she just puckers up really big. She laughs every time!

Isn't it funny how much they learn and grow at this age? You'll probably be thinking, when/where did you learn that about a lot of things! I am constantly amazed at how good of a memory Aaralyn has, and after hearing something once she will remember it later, they are so smart! It's like between 18 months and 2 years they have this learning spurt and all of a sudden they seem to know so much!

If Carly wants to wear snow gloves I know of a place that would be great for that this time of year!
