froggy!

The other morning we looked outside and found this little guy swimming in our pool. Carly held it at first but then she got scared of it for some reason!

Camping in Huntsville

This past friday night we went on a long overdue camping trip. The weather was perfect, we could't ask for anything better. Thanks to my mom we had anice blow-up mattress to sleep on and once again Carly did great! She was so fascinated with the fire it was hard to keep her away from it. Chad's parents and April also came up late friday night. I'm glad they did, it was nice to have the company. I prepared tin foil dinners earlier that day and to my surprise that actually turned out yummy. All in all, we had a great time!

We found a new game that Carly loves!! She would do it all day if we'd let her.

April's B-day

We went to eat at mexican restaurant on April's b-day. It was yummy, like all mexican food is! When they came to sing to her they put a huge sombrero on her head and whip cream on her nose. (it must be a mexican tradition to do that, they did that on my b-day at a different mexican restaurant) As you can tell from the picture, she was thrilled!

Rock-a-bye

Well, I have something to post other than pointless stuff. I finally got Carly to say Rock-a-bye on the video. It is so cute! I had no idea what she was saying for a while until one day we were in her room and she walked over to her rocking chair and said rock-a-bye. I usually sing her (try to sing) her a song before I lay her down and it has the words rock-a-bye in it so I'm guessing that is where she picked it up from.

This is very pointless but so cute! I was browsing on the internet getting ideas for Halloween (I know it's still not even close yet) I found so many cute ones!! I love the Carebear one, Carly could be her birthday cake for halloween!

And last....Are you kidding me?? A pimp?? Who would want their child even knowing what a pimp is??
