Annie turned 5 months old on the 10th! She is at such a fun age right now.

*She grabs at everything that is in front of her. Her favorite thing to grab is my hair. She loves to grab faces and then try to suck all over your face.

*She can roll from her belly to her back.

*Got her first runny/stuffy nose in while we were in Utah. Thank goodness it didn't last very long.

*She has tried carrots, sweet potatoes, rice cereal, and bananas and has loved them!

*I think she might be getting her first tooth.

*She sleeps through the night.

*Does not like to keep bows on her head. :( Sad day!

*Does not like the bumbo chair. It was tricky getting her to sit and be happy in it for these pictures.

*Her feet get really sweaty.

*She still spits up.

*She smiles a lot now. She loves to scream (in a good way now) She'll giggle for you but it takes work.

I just love her.  I still can't believe she's mine sometimes! It seems like she gets bigger overnight. I wish time would slow down just a bit. 

 Like mentioned above....does not like bows...they usually end up like the next picture.

another trip to Utah

We just got back from Utah Sunday evening. I must say I'm glad to be home! I'm so grateful, however, to have been able to travel to Utah to see my little sister get married! I still can't believe it! She looked so beautiful and so happy!

 Miss Annie did so great in the car.  I was so relieved!

 All the pictures Above:  We took a drive the Monday evening we were there to Kolob Lake (I think)  it was so fun! Minus the driving next to the cliffs (I really hate heights)  The lake looked beautiful with all of the golden yellow leaves on the trees. The kids had a blast playing near the water.

Below: Annie was able to meet a lot of family while on this trip.  I don't think she really cared either way but I had to get pictures to document it :)

 First taste of Carrots.  She gobbled them right up.

This little guy below is our newest baby! I picked him up this morning.  We have been waiting two years to get another daschund.  After Skipper died we wanted to get another inside dog but we didn't really have a place to keep a puppy (a place to contain all the accidents)  We told ourselves that as soon as we had a laundry room we'd get another one. Well, we got ourselves a laundry room. He is adorable (what puppy isn't really?)  He even came with the cute pumpkin sweater.
