The general idea. As you can tell we still have some work to do on the back splash. For now we are just going to have it textured and painted until we have the funds to do tile or something of that nature! We love the new counters though, they are concrete counter tops. Something I never really heard of until recently.

Our sink. I love how they made the sink lower than the counters.
Now we can brush food right into the sink and not have it get stuck in the crack!
We had them lower the bar (which is so nice!) We just need to get some bar stools so we can actually use it!

That looks really good can't wait to see it in real life. I like how you lowered you bar and yeah you will love the sink lowered like that.
Yay! I was waiting to see pictures for like... FOREVER! :) I love that you guys did the under mount sink! Those are always handy. Hopefully we can come and invade your house this weekend (I know you guys miss us!) and see it in person!

i like that a lot! it looks good!! in a few years when i move into my own house i think ill have you and des come design my house since u guys love doing it! i wouldnt mind but i just cant see it turning out to well if i do it haha
Wow, it looks like another kitchen! And lowering the sinks.. is that because you are short? We talk about when we build one day to raise ours up so we don't have to bend over. So basically you won't ever be able to do dishes at my house, what a shame.
