Help!
okay, I'm trying to change my background and it's not letting me. It's like the background I have now is stacked on top of another (if that makes sense) and I copied and pasted a new background in the right place but it won't change. I can't access the website (The cutest blog on the block) If someone knows what is going on and how to fix it I would appreciate your help!

I can see a background... with popsicles... is that what you were wanting? I don't know if that helps but maybe it's kind of fixed?
I think that site is having a few difficulties right now that might be the reason I went to get on tonight and it was going bonkers
That website went fom a blogspot website to a .com one... were you looking at thecutestblogontheblock.com? Also, were you changing the code in the html section, or in a page element block? You may have both, which is why if you tried to change the html, it wouldn't show up. You would have to delete the page element where you added the last background, before the html one would show up, or at least delete the page element block and then add a different one.
